1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the 755CreditScore website (the "Site") or any services provided by 755CreditScore ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), you ("you," "your," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.

2. Description of Services

755CreditScore provides credit correction, credit counseling, and credit education services. Our services may include reviewing your credit reports, assisting with the identification of inaccurate or unverifiable information, and guiding you through the dispute process with credit bureaus and creditors. We do not guarantee any specific result, credit score increase, or removal of any particular item from your credit reports.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to use our services. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is true, accurate, and complete.

4. No Attorney-Client or Financial Advisor Relationship

755CreditScore is not a law firm, and the information and services provided do not constitute legal, tax, investment, or financial advice. No attorney-client or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site or our services. If you need legal advice, please consult a qualified attorney licensed in your jurisdiction.

5. Consumer Rights Disclosure (CROA)

Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), you have the right to dispute inaccurate information in your credit report by contacting the credit bureau directly. You are not required to purchase credit repair services to exercise this right. You may cancel your service contract with us without penalty or obligation within three (3) business days from the date you signed the contract. You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates CROA.

6. Fees and Payment

Fees for our services are disclosed in your written service agreement. Payment is due in accordance with the schedule set forth in that agreement. We do not charge or accept payment for any service before that service has been fully performed, as required by law. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly provided in your service agreement or required by applicable law.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information to us
• Promptly notify us of any changes to your contact information or credit profile
• Forward any correspondence you receive from credit bureaus or creditors to us
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not use our services to dispute accurate or verifiable information

8. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, user accounts, or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks
• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except publicly available search engines
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from the Site without written permission

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of 755CreditScore or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites, resources, and services that are not owned or controlled by 755CreditScore. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site or service. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

11. Communications Consent (TCPA)

By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive calls, text messages, and emails from 755CreditScore and its authorized representatives regarding your account and services, including through automated means. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to text messages, clicking "unsubscribe" in emails, or contacting us at (832) 696-0755.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED FROM OUR SERVICES.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 755CREDITSCORE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR SERVICES IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 755CreditScore and its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will do so, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution.

16. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

17. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Except for disputes involving intellectual property or injunctive relief, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Harris County, Texas. You waive any right to participate in a class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing in this section prevents either party from filing a claim in small-claims court.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted to the Site. Your continued use of the Site or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written service agreement between you and 755CreditScore, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Site and our services, and supersede any prior agreements.
